Exchange Policy

Shipping
Inspect your order. All items are in brand new perfect condition when shipped. If any item arrives not in perfect condition or missing parts notify us within 24 Hours by calling 937-612-4036 or email us at sales@yourridgelinetruck.com . Returns will not be processed on items that show any signs of any installation attempts, wear, shipping damage
Shipping Charges are calculated using the weights and sizes displayed and the destination zip code. Once the items are added to the shopping cart and you click on the checkout button it will ask for your zip code and on the next screen it will display the shipping charge and options for your order.
Shipping weights can include factors such as size of the item and estimated packaging weights.
Shipping methods available are Ground, 3-day select, 2nd day air and Next day air UPS.
We are not able to ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands
We are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
Orders that are placed at different times can't be combined into one order due to the procedures for processing and billing them.
Note: We do reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason. If refused no money will be charged to your account.
